Spoiler alert: The orgasms from these are incredible.
Deep penetration. Some women adore it and need it to orgasm, but some absolutely hate it. Today, I’m going to teach you exactly how to have deep penetrative sex with your man using these 3 sex positions.
Before I get to the actual “how to have deep penetrative sex” part, we need to cover some important basics to make sure you fully understand why it can be super pleasurable, but also why the sex position can sometimes be horrible and even painful.
Before you try these positions, make sure you are SAFE and don’t cause your partner any physical pain:
Towards the back or your vagina is your “deep spot” known as the anterior fornix. It’s located right above your cervix. Having it stimulated by your man is obviously super pleasurable during deep penetration sex, but if your man doesn’t quite do it right, then he is going to accidentally hit your cervix — this can be incredibly painful and stop sex right in its tracks.
This is probably the most important thing to be aware of during deep penetrative sex. When you or your man change the angle of entry of his penis, then you are going to change the amount of pressure he is putting on your cervix and deep spot, so you need to be aware and careful that while trying new positions you do things safely and comfortably.
Next, communication is crucial to having good sex. It may sound obvious, but it’s true! Especially if you want deep penetration sex with your man to be pleasurable.
You’re going to need to do a fair bit of experimentation with your man so that you can both figure out which angles work best … and which he absolutely needs to avoid when going deep inside you.
Finally, when having deep penetration sex with your man, make sure that you are lubricated enough so that he slides in and out easily. Remember to always use water-based lubricants if you are using silicon rubber condoms, since oil-based lubricants degrade rubber and can cause your condom to tear.
Now that we’ve reviewed all the precautions, let’s discuss some of my favorite deep penetration positions. The key with each of these deep penetration sex positions is making sure that you start nice and slowly so that you can let your man know when he’s hitting that perfect spot and when he’s hurting you. Not keeping him in the loop will make this all a lot less pleasurable for both of you.
Here are some deep penetration positions you should try to spice things up in the bedroom:
1. Lie down on your belly and let him straddle you from behind – AKA: “The Jockey”
The jockey position is great if you like deep penetrative sex while not being required to do a whole lot. To get set up in the jockey position, you are going to need to lie down on your stomach with your legs straight and together.
Your man will then straddle you from behind while on his knees and enter you. He can adjust the angle of entry by where he puts his knees. He can even change the angle of entry entirely by lying down on top of you. You can also change the angle at which he enters you, by pushing your butt in the air or bringing it closer to the bed.
2. Lie face-down with your knees under your belly while he enters from behind you – AKA: “The Turtle”
The Turtle is great if you like deep penetration and your man is not the longest guy in the world. To get into the turtle position, you need to get on your hands and knees. Next you need to bend your knees and bring yourself closer to the bed, then wrap your arms behind your knees and try to pull your whole body in as close as possible to your legs (it’s almost like you are trying to make yourself into a little ball).
Your man can then enter you from behind with ease and grab your waist with his hands to pull himself in deeper.
3. Lie on your back with your legs in the air and let him enter facing you – AKA: “The Anvil”
The anvil is the only mildly difficult position to perform if you enjoy deep penetration. You’ll start off by lying on your back and raising your legs in the air. Your man will then enter you while on his knees and will lean right over you, pushing your legs right back allowing him to go much deeper inside you. If you are not very flexible, then this position is going to hurt your legs a little bit.
While these three sex positions will give you a great start in learning how to have enjoyable deep penetration sex, it’s important to experiment and improvise with them to find exactly what you enjoy the most.
Deep penetration sex is that it’s not for everybody. Everyone is built differently. Some women can have a very small or unresponsive deep spot. Some women simply prefer G-Spot stimulation, which doesn’t require a long penis. And some women prefer clitoral stimulation. However most prefer a combination of all 3.
The key is finding out what you and your partner enjoy the most.
